Investment Manager

As an Investment Manager, you will oversee TranXact Capital’s portfolio management, identify potential investment opportunities, and guide the firm’s investment strategy. You will work closely with the finance and trading teams to maximize returns.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the firm's investment portfolio and make data-driven decisions on asset allocation.
• Identify new investment opportunities in capital markets, fintech, or AI-based technologies.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments and provide detailed analysis.
• Collaborate with the finance team to execute the overall investment strategy.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investment management or asset management.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and investment vehicles.
• CFA certification or equivalent is a plus.
