Corporate Finance Analyst

As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will support the finance team in managing TranXact Capital’s financial health. You will analyze financial data, prepare financial models, and contribute to the company’s capital raising and investment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and prepare detailed financial reports.
• Build financial models to support decision-making in capital raising and investment.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for investment or cost optimization.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Experience in capital markets or fintech is a plus.
